A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the Northwest’s organic produce people to gather and share notes on how they ply their trade. Barry Haynes, Ashland Food Co-op; Jeff Fairchild, New Seasons Market; and M.L. Davies, Organically Grown Company, will help focus discussions about the role of the produce department within the overall store concept; department numbers; promotions and displays and more. The daylong session will also provide handson opportunities in building and comparing displays that address the various challenges that you face on a daily basis.
